If you are on a UNIX, BSD, or APPLE computer: you will need to make sure the default folder view option "hide files starting with a dot" is disabled. Originally Posted by newtozc32

Have you unzipped the file and read through the installation instructions? It's all very well documented and short of simply repeating verbatim what is already in those instructions, I'm gonna suggest that you simply jump in and try following the installation steps and then ask questions about the things you are unclear about..
