NEW version available: 2.1

I have just submitted a new version for approval, hopefully it will be available for download soon. For those of you who can't wait, you can download it from my site here.

- SQL files changed (as described a few posts back by DivaVocals, thank you)
- using latest version of Nivo
- flickering and resizing issues resolved
- old and obsolete settings removed from admin
- documentation updated with info how to use the slideshow in header section
