and it helps when reporting issues if you just keep in mind that we will ALWAYS ask for more details than you have typically been providing in your intial posts.. So it's much more efficient if you simply keep in mind that when when reporting errors you should just provide this information upfront..
~ Check the shop error logs and provide the error log information
~ Check the hosts error logs and provide the error log information
~ Provide a link to the specific place where the error occurs
~ Provide as much DETAIL as possible in general
The proverbial "it's broken" without any details kind of posts generally never provides enough information to allow folks to help..
