Email Not being sent to users

Hello,

I am having this problem with emails from the admin. Whenever I send email(Tools->Send email) to a customer it says 'Error Notice: FAILED to send Email to all recipients: xyz###################### (0)'. I tried it other time, it was sent successfully. This time the customers email address was having NON-FREE domain name. Again I tried it with xyz######################, it gave me the same message. What could be the problem? Can you please let me know. Thanks!

Kindly let me know the solution to this. The email is sent successfully to the non-free domains but not the free domains. What needs to be done to fix this issue?

What are your settings in Configuration ... Email Options ... are you using on:
E-Mail Transport Method smtpauth

with the correct settings in the bottom of those configuration settings for a Valid email account, password, port etc.?

I am using "PHP" as the email transport method. I checked the "SMTP Email Mail Host" and "SMTP Email Mail Server Port(set as 25)". They are also set correctly. It would be really great if this issue could be fixed as soon as possible since we have to start sending out emails to the customer. Awaiting your reply. Thanks once again!

I am using "PHP" as the email transport method.

Try setting this to SMTP
