but it also shows this under it.

shouldent the highlighted http// address be a link to my contact us page not the shipping and returns page.

in /includes/modules/pages/returns/header_php.php

find:

      $email_text .= "\n\n" . EMAIL_WARNING . "\n" . EMAIL_CONTACT_URL_BOF . zen_href_link(FILENAME_SHIPPING) . EMAIL_CONTACT_URL_EOF . "\n\n";

change to:

      $email_text .= "\n\n" . EMAIL_WARNING . "\n" . EMAIL_CONTACT_URL_BOF . zen_href_link(FILENAME_CONTACT_US) . EMAIL_CONTACT_URL_EOF . "\n\n";

That was a bug on my part and will update the next version.

So I ran a test return on your site.

The RMA# appears on the returns success page.

The RMA# appeared in the subject of my (customer email).

The RMA# did not appear in the popup.

I'm not 100% sure for I will have to test on one of my dev sites that has SSL installed but when your popup is clicked it removes the https://####.#####-#####.co.uk/ and adds a zen_id to the URL not recognizing the order_id=### passed to the window.

I will try to run some test today.

Return Authorization Request RMA# 10110082013

RMA# appears in subject as it should not in the body of the email which is the way it was wrote (intentional). So all is good there.

The changes made to the URL for the contact us page also showed up correctly.
