* Need assistance setting up following shipping rules

Ok, so I have read through several tutorials on setting up shipping rules - but I am having trouble getting them setup. These are the shipping rules we need:

1. Flat Rate Shipping for US is $5 per shipment *except Hawaii*
2. Flat Rate shipping for Rest of the World is $10 per shipment *including Hawaii*
3. * We do _not_ ship to Europe *

So far I have Flate Rate shipping setup at $5 for all orders. I don't know how to exclude Hawaii (or to put it into the Rest of the World 'Zone'), I don't know how to make the 'Rest of the World' zone, and I don't know how to block Europe in case a customer is ordering from Europe.

Install the flat rate shipping clone module. Create a zone for US except Hawaii, and Rest of the world including Hawaii. Do not include Europe in the Rest of the world including Hawaii zone.

I'm trying to decode what you just said. When I create a zone, how do I do so including all of the countries?

Also, if I only put "US - Hawaii" and then "Rest of World + Hawaii", how will the cart know that we don't ship anywhere else?

If you set up the zones correctly, zen cart will "know" ;)

See the faq's section for a tutorial about how to set up a shipping zone. When you create a shipping zone you need to add any countries that you want in the zone.

OK, followed the FAQ, did everything as instructed, and now when I check out using a US address it says that it doesn't ship to my area!

Alright. Since I installed the Flat Rate Clone NEITHER Flat Rate shipping options are working at all!!
Not Flat Rate or FlatClone

I don't know what I did wrong.

Ajeh, thank you for responding. The Zone Definitions are fine. I just duplicated Free Shipping module for fun - looks like all is well (in terms of the naming), but I am experiencing the same issue. When I put the Zone into one the default Free Shipping modules, it works. When I put it into the duplicate -- it doesn't.

My duplicates are no good. I did exactly what the instructions (that you wrote, coincidentally). ie: I did a ctrl+F, matched case was checked off, replaced all uppercase with uppercase new name (FREESHIPPING->FREESHIPPER2) and (freeshipping->freeshipper2)

PS. I am using this module because I somehow goofed up the Flat Rate module when I cloned it
