how do I go about getting you FTP access and what is the time frame where you would need to be in there I will have to create you an account, and then get your IP you will be connecting from so I can add it to the list of allowed IP's via FTP for however long you need it and then for whatever day range you might be able to get to it at.

I can do your troubles when I have free time. I hope that next week. How much of this will take time, I don't know.

Hi,

The absence of a closing tag </urlset> suggests that the script was not completed. Look at the error logs in the cache.
If you need help - can you give access to FTP, I'll see where the error is.

My bad somehow a folder got uploaded in the wrong place. Works nicely.

Hi - I have the latest version of this sitemap on a 1.3.9h site and it is not submitting images to WMT - module has been loaded as per instructions and double checked - is there a solution to this?

I have just installed this add on today on 2 of my sites, one it worked perfect but the other, the manufacturersitemap.xml isn't populating.

I have narrowed the problem down, it seems that because I have used easy populate to add my manufacturers and products, it won't pick them up,

I deleted one of the manufacturers and manually created it again, and linked the products, the sitemap module then picked it up.

I was wondering if there is any way I can overcome this problem, except from deleting all manufacturers and manually creating them and linking all the products to them.

I am using v1.51 - the url to the site is www. cheapsupplements365 .co.uk

Are you sure you copied all the files? This error can be if You have copied the files admin and forgot to upload the store files - includes/*.*
