How I can turn off main quantity box near add to cart button as it causing confusion to customers so they use quantity boxes in grid?

It shows Flavor and Quantity headings but not for price? I was able to display price in 3rd column but how to display price heading so it looks nice?

Did you figure out how to turn the quantity box off next to the add to cart button? I need that solution also.
