Image Manager in Cpanel would not cause this type of problem. As a Hosting Client, "your" level of knowledge should not make any difference. Support should be able to discuss any Hosting problem at a level the Client understands.
I'm not sure what that means and can only presume it was working before.
Although, here at the forum, you would get lots of people offering help and suggestions, help from your Hoster is still the best option. Even hiring someone to look at the situation would not guarantee a solution.
As I see it, you have two options:
- your Hoster helps you solve the problem
- you uninstall (using the IH Admin) then reinstall
