OK, here is how it works,
IF your customer ONLY wants ground, then there needs to be a company name in EVERY customers account,
Please remember that fedex charges less for ground because its based on business to business,
this is Fedex's rule not one that I invented.

Ok, I was just confused as to where the company name needed to be enterred. I didn't know whether you entered in in the module settings, the account settings on the fedex web site, or the customer's account settings in Zen Cart. I just figured out that you need to fill out the 'Company Name' field in the customers' profile. Doi.

Where would I get such an approval? You wouldn't happen to have a link would you?
you need to go to www.fedex.com and apply for an account,
fedex identity approval is no longer needed since we are not using their graphics

OK cool. I already have an account with them :)
So its OK to use the graphics that came in the package (removing the (DRK) or (WHT) from them to get the desired one)? Just double checking

Unless something changed that Im not aware of fedex dosnt display an image anylonger,
thats why you dont have to contact fedex identity,

ran into another snag.. though i think this may be just because its a weekend
FedEx Express rates aren't returned - a customer purchased earlier today with FedEx Express but now when I go to test rates they're not returned. Is this just because its a weekend.. or is something on my end? Configuration is identical and ground rates are returned

make sure that 1 the meter number is in for the express and 2 make sure you have express rates added to your fedex account
