Shipping Estimator Problem 1.3.0.1

I have a customer who needs the estimator to only show United States as a shipping option. I have set up my definitions but I can not figure out how to remove the other countries from the from down bar. Can someone please help there must be a easier way then removing each individually in the country section?

That is what is required unless you want to write custom code to change default behaviour in Zen Cart.


By the way, your v1.3.0.1 has many bugs and security vulnerabilities that would be fixed by upgrading ...
