I'm not sure if this is related to the new usps module or not but I'm almost certain it is. My popup shipping estimator isn't working, it pops up but never does load the estimates. The costs calculate just fine on the checkout_shipping page but not at all in the popup.

If you are using the May 14 (or newer) module, and have gone into your Admin and removed and re-installed the module, then you'll see a "Debug" option at the bottom of the configuration settings. If you turn it on ("Email"), then you'll get an email sent to the store-owner with all the response details received from USPS when requesting a quote.

Until an address is given the Shipping Estimator has nothing to estimate on any Shipping module that does a rate quote on a call to another server ...

For international. Has anyone gotten this and resolved past it yet?
1. Which shipping methods do you have enabled in USPS?
2. Does switching between staging and production server make any difference?
3. If you turn on debug logging, what's appearing in the emails you receive?
4. What is the destination address of the customer you're testing with? And your zip code shipping from?

FYI...it seems to be working fine for me, for the most part. We're running 1.3.7 and followed the instructions as previously outlined.
The shipping classes we have enabled are:
Domestic Shipping Methods
Express, Priority, First Class, Parcel
International Shipping Methods
Global Express, Express Mail Int, Priority Mail Int, First-Class Mail Int
However, I do NOT see the Global Express or Express Mail option pop up on my international orders. I have tried a couple of different addresses (Taiwan and Canada) and I only get the Priority Mail International and First Class Mail International option.
