I'm using plzhost, and the guy whose email I have for supprt help hasn't replied. I contacted him 4 days ago now!

Hopefully your earlier complaint was therefore just a one-off problem. It certainly sounds like the commitment to service is there.

I can't remember, actually- it's probably best to contact your provider, as I remember it not being obvious when I looked.

Do you mean the Zen Cart control panel (known as admin and usually available at www.your-domain-name.com/admin) or your the control panel for your web hosting account (which would be a question best directed to your web host)?
