help how to duplicate sub-categories

Basically would like to duplicate the subcategories. This is the URL to give you a better idea - http://cuttingedge.expersol.myzen.co.uk/

If you click on Pens & Pencils, you will go a page listing the sub-categories with images below. I would like to duplicate the sub-categories i.e. Plastic Pens, Metal Pens, Gadget Pens etc... to be placed on the white strip just below the Categories (Pens & Pencils, Mugs, Umbrellas, etc...)
