I need help getting this to work at:
https://store.ozurojewelry.com
I've done the htaccess thing, I've installed the GeoTrust box mod, however when I TRY to turn it on and configure it within Admin, clicking the 'update' button refreshes the admin page with the box still turned off. I've done this 10 times to the same result. Any chance I've got a permissions error on one of the files I've uploaded or something? Looking at the content within the files, this seems pretty braindead - and I'm quite surprised this all works without any sort of reference to the particular certificate ID _I_ purchased, nor does there seem to be a way to specify which version of the GeoTrust graphic someone prefers, such as in the case of a the standard 'QuickSSL' product, where one can use an animated version:
http://geotrust.com/images/quickssl_anim.gif
or a non-animated version:
http://geotrust.com/images/quickssl_static.gif
I've got the QuickSSL Premium cert, and they only list a single version of the graphic here:
http://geotrust.com/buy/certificate_compare.asp
but still, I'd love to understand the magic that makes this work.

Seems things might be more global than I'd originally thought - I can't make ANY changes to sideboxes. FYI, after installing the GeoTrust module items as instructed, when viewing the item in the 'Layout Boxes Controller' list, the leading path (eg: sideboxes/TEMPLATE/) always appeared with red, bolded letters. At least it did until I manually moved it out to includes/modules/sideboxes (instead of the recommended template-named subdirectory). Any comments about this? When I first saw the red, bolded letters I assumed it was indicating the item was new, but it seems too coincidental the formatting disappeared after I moved it where the rest of the boxes lived.
Also of note, permissions on GeoTrust.php WERE 755, so I changed them to 644 (which is what the rest of the files in this directory are.) Thoughts about this as well? Should I chmod the rest of the GeoTrust-related files?
FYI, I've started a new thread discussing to the fact that I can't modify ANY boxes here:
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=87188
Thanks for any help you can provide - I'm getting a bit desperate!

It is www.porterranchpharmacy.com - the only thing is that zen is loaded in the /cart directory - I don't think that should matter should it?
From looking at your site it's easy to see you have some serious coding errors to correct. As to the Sidebox issue, if you want a Sidebox to appear "outside" of Zen Cart then you need to use the 'Sidebox Anywhere' module, available in the Downloads section. Is that what you are using now?
I'm having the same problem with the logo not showing. One can mouse over the secure sidebox and click and get the security confirmation but no logo. I purchased the GeoTrust Rapid SSL from my host provider.
I installed the mod per instructions and the SSL works fine on the site.
Any suggestions?
Site is: www.memphiscandle.com
Thanks in advance.
I just noticed that the GeoTrust sidebox is colored red in the admin layout box controller. Does that mean it isn't installed correctly?

hi everybody it happened the same thing to me i can't see logo. but when you click on it it is saying security confirmed but web site identity not confirmed.
i purchased my ssl through my hosting company. they sell me rapidssl+secure gateway for $69 and they advrtised. it is going to be geotrust ssl. at the mean time i put together another web site and i purchased another certificate from them they advertise geotrust again and this time they sell comodo and i get angry and i cancelled the order for the new site. i go another company and buy geotrust quickssl. and i put the same geotrust logo module and it is showing the logo with date and time on it when you click on it gives http:// and http://www.
it confirms all of it. they sell me the rapidssl $13 ssl certificate for $40.
it isn't showing because the rapidssl and geotrust quickssl are using the same root but they aren't same.
