We use only Paypal API and Linkpoint.

What shipping method was used on this order?
If you're using some sort of free shipping, what happens if you charge for shipping? Does the error still occur?.

We use free shipping.
We deliver the custom designs with email.

The weight of this item is 0, so UPS and USPS will not show up in the checkout process.
I put flat rate shipping in ZenCart.
Only Free Shipping is available for this item in the shopping cart.
I made an order.
It went through.
I don't know what our customers did differently to trigger the error.
There are only two of them tried to pay in this cart yet.
I will try to get the information from them, if I can.

I have been getting the same error, and I did NOT have the low order fee module installed, let alone enabled.

That file did not help me at all.....
I still am getting that same XML error.....
Any other of things that might help?
