I had the same issue, quick fix:
edit: googlesitemap.php on line 225
change: $this->base_url = HTTP_SERVER . '/';
to: $this->base_url = HTTP_SERVER . '/mystore/';
worked for me.

I can't get this mod working because when I do the mysql patch, it says
ERROR: Cannot insert configuration_key "" because it already exists
I also get this for google base feeder. I have run the uninstall sql too.
How can I get the sitemap resulting urls to show http://www.domain.com instead of just http://domain.com? I have the 301 redirect to http://www but it does not show that in my sitemap urls.
Thank you!
I am getting some errors in Google Webmaster Tools after submitting my sitemaps. Please tell me what I did wrong. In Google I submitted 2 sites www.mydomain.com and www.mydomain.com/store. I was not sure if I needed both or only one. Google bots came and went through my site. Now it is showing sitemap errors.
Sitemapindex.xml does not show any errors but has these stats:
Total URLs in Sitemap 808
Indexed URLs in Sitemap 12
Why are only 12 urls indexed?
The other two sitemap files both have similar errors:
Paths don't match
We've detected that you submitted your Sitemap using a URL path that includes the www prefix (for instance, http://www.example.com/sitemap.xml). However, the URLs listed inside your Sitemap don't use the www prefix (for instance, http://example.com/myfile.htm).
I am new at this so I am not sure what is correct. I assumed that the site I submitted to google should use the WWW prefix. If you go to my site at http://www.mydomain.com it will redirect to http://mydomain.com/store without the www. What should I do?
I am getting this error.
I have changed my Permission to 755 and 777 on the xml files and I also use admin profiles.
I anot able to configure the Google XML Sitemap in configuration.

Is there an easy way to modify this so that it pays attention to the Customer Authentication settings I have for the site?
Currently the sitemap it created indexed all the products and categories, but the problem is I don't want those directly viewed, therefore the Customer Authentication settings.
Thanks
I use ZenCart v.1.37 and the Google Sitemap v. 1.3.1430.10.
Recently we started receving "redirect error" for few pages from Google's Webmasters Tools. We did change/deleted few categories and products.
Question: is the newest version of Google Sitemaps compatible with ZenCart 1.37 and if it is would the recent improvements i.e. skip 1 product categories allow us to eliminate Google redirect errors?
Do we need to remove our old Sitemaps version before installing the newest one?
Please help.
Thanks
what should i set my priorites to... products categories and ezpages?

and would like to up[grade to the newest version of Google Sitemaps (v. 1.3.19, from April 23rd 2008)
