Supertracker

Hi

I am having some serious problems in getting this to work, everything is installed correctly - I think.

The databse table is there, the reports supertracker is there, I can view all of the potential results like visitors or refering sites etc, but because it is not working then there is nothing to display.

I just don't know how or what is going on?

Some assistance would be very welcomed.

I have also installed following all of the suggestions offered in this thread. I am using 1.3.8. I don't have any thing blocked in the configuration. I've gone to my site and clicked around, I've had my friends go to my site (on their computers of course) and click around, but nothing shows up at all in ANY of the stats. I've even checked the database in mySQL and Nothing!

What could be the problem??

Never Mind. I discovered that the jscript file didn't get uploaded. Once I uploaded it, everything stared to work perfectly!

Got a quirky one which I don't understand here :)

Everything seems to be workng fine except the last 10 visitors report is duplicating or in some cases not tracking a sale.

- that is each customer is appearing twice so in effect I see the last 5 visitors at a time ( twice each - identical information )

- sometimes it misses a sale so a customer who has completed a purchase is showing as a bailed cart.

I am on Zen 1.3.8 - is there anything I could have stuffed up on install to cause this behaviour :)

I'm just clarifying this post for anyone else who is having trouble with the O rows (no data) problem. I did not understand what this person was trying to say until I noticed that in the "includes" folder to be uploaded, there was a subfolder that says YOUR_TEMPLATE. If you upload the entire directory without looking into the subdirectories first, the jscript file will not be uploaded into the right directory. You'll have a directory in there that says YOUR_TEMPLATE that's not being called by anything.

Change YOUR_TEMPLATE to your template's name and the script will now work.

It might be helpful if in future docs they warn you to check the subdirectories for any template directories that need to be named.

Hope this helps someone else - I was tearing my hair out on this.

Great Mod and it worked quite well till recently.
I dont know what i did recently to change it.

The problem is that for each visitor shows me more than one record like if a person visits 10 pages it shows me 1o records for the last 10 visitors from the same ip. Also it just keeps showing guest even if the visitor logins and even buys something.
Seemed to be working fine but something has gone wrong. I replaced all the files and also uninstalled the sql and reinstalled it but no change seems to happen to get it right.
I tried to install the time offset mod before this went wrong i think.
Would really appreciate getting it back on track.

Someone Please help me remove the supertracker completely and I want to reinstall it. I dropped the table of supertracker but my site stopped displaying and i had to reinstall the sql patch

OK I was able to get the supertracker back.

The time offset optional file s&*^&* up the supertracker
\time_zone_offset_v1-3-8a\optional\includes\extra_configures\time_offset.php

If you dont need it dont upload it otherwise your supertracker will go off the cliff

After installing Supertracker I have the following problems.

In overview "Ten Last Visitors" is the Landing page: and Last Page Viewed: always refering to the admin URL.

Search Keywords isn't working at all.

Any suggestions?
