Cherry Zen Template Support Thread

Hi Jade,

I love this template. Great Job! I do have an issue going on though and desperately need help.

I am completely redoing my site with your template so have only one product up so far. I wanted to test it first before adding all of them. I can't get the larger image pop up to do anything. It did at first but now when I click on it nothing happens.

I only use 1 image size which is 220 wide.

Hi Jade. I found the problem it was a problem on my computer. All fixed now. I do have another question though. The pop up window with the larger image doesn't hold it all and there is no scroll bar.

Is there a way to make that window open up to the right size for the image?

That's all i'll bother you with. Again, a great template!!

Few Questions if you can help me!!

Right below the header text,

It list the Categories in the center, how do i take that out?

also the larger image when the mouse hover's over it. How dose one do that?

Also With those Question ^^ up their. How dose one like in the demo get that grey box to go across the top.

In the demo it has Privacy Notice :: Shared On it.

Also on the homepage how do you add Featured Products and Monthly specials? like in the demo

I just recently installed zen cart 1.3.8 and is using the cherry zen template. I can access admin, add product and everything seems to be working fine except a few links. The Customer log in, my account, and check out link returns a page can not be displayed. I'm not sure whats going on, or where to look to solve this issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, it was for you.

Try reading a css shorthand tutorial like this to help you:

For example, you could change it to:

margin:15px auto 10px;

which means 15px for the top, auto for the left and right, and 10px for the bottom.

Right now it is saying 10px for the top and bottom, and auto for left and right. The link I posted explains how it works in more detail.

Hi Jade

Got a bit of a cosmetic problem with firefox. I decided to add a table into the main page to display the majority of the content. I centered the table which looks fine in IE7 but if viewing in firefox it actually pulls the content to the left.

I used tabling as an alternative to increase the left and right margins of the content, as I did not know where to find this in the css and I thought I was going to save having to post on forum. but here I am posting

Any help would be great. Maybe an indication as to where in the stylesheet I can change the margins.

Prior to me adding the table, the text on the main page, was to close to the sideboxes. I would much rather have the content 1-1.5 cm inward.

I really need this Issue resolved: why is it that with the Cherry Zen Template, when I add products to cart and proceed to checkout screen EVERYTHING is Mushy and Jumbled up. This is a live store ready to take off, but when you try to add products to Zencart and proceed to check out, the page is mashed up. below is a Link. #2 I see nothing wrong with the cart, I put an item in the cart and it looks good.
Your right side panel looks out of wack on the Account Creation Page, is that where your question is? I am no expert, but take a second look at your stylesheet.css and see if you can find the error. I personally don't like going from 2 side columns to one or none, but that's up to you.

It would sure help to have a working link to your website so we can see the error in person.

You may need to upload the files again, sounds like you might be missing a few.
