Please help...
I think i am getting a Alias problem...

When I click "Click here"

Manage Aliases: Click here

I get the following page

1146 Table 'lifeslip_zen.links_aliases' doesn't exist
in:
[SELECT * FROM links_aliases]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Why is this happening?? Before it didn't...

I don't even have admin>configuration>Simple SEO URL

How come I DON'T have Simple SEO URL???

Please... I really need your help

For whatever reason when you host recovers from crash it doesnt seem to recover completely,

You can go to your admin - tools - sql patch tool and try
delete from table module_version_tracker where module_code = 'yellow1912_ssu';

Then go to admin - extras - ssu to have the patches reapplied.

If you run it on windows platform (IIS), I believe you need to have htaccess module installed. Maybe you can check with your host regarding this issue.

Yap, I have ISAPI Rewrite modules installed which works with .htaccess as previously I have it running for the SEO URL Beta which runs well. Do you say this has something relate to the .htaccess issue?

Normally, if you click on a link and it simply loads the home page there are several things to check:
1. htaccess (mod rewrite working? RewriteBase set correctly?)
2. is the module properly installed? If you go to admin -configuration - ssu settings, do you see all the options?

I can see the ssu settings at the admin configuration. I have the store install on the root folder of the domain, thus I have used use / as the rewritebase. I will try enable the modules and try out again with findings.

I've just spent that last 6 hours combing the forums and my eyes are about to pop out of my head. If built the entire site but over the last few days everything seems to be heading south... (I think since I installed Link Manager).. I noticed your id come up quite a bit in the same support forums I've been reading and I was hoping you could help point me in the right direction...
Here are my issues:

1. Google XML Sitemaps - The XML Files I am submitting to Google are not registering the correct SSU URL's. Instead they are compiling and submitting the default URL's. I've tried every bit of advise in the Google Sitemaps forums & the SSU forums but no luck..

2. Image Handler - Again... I've read the entire Image Handler 2 Support Forum and it is mentioned many times... But every fix offered is not working for me.
This nagging problem is with Safari, Chrome and IE, the hover images are not appearing directly beside the image. They appear at the top of the page, above the fold (out of sight when I scroll to the bottom of a long page... like the 'all products' page).

3. Since I've installed Link Manager Plugin - My Lightbox stopped working... I have since tried to install Slimbox but it does not work either. I've settled for Image Handler for the time being, but that is giving me issues as well...

1. I'm not sure which module you use here. But if the sitemap module uses zen_href_link function to generate links then they should have the correct form. More info will help to answer this.

2. This has nothing to do with SSU. I believe you have to upload all js and css files found in the template_default folder in IH2 package to your current template folder to fix this.

3. This has nothing to do with any module I wrote. So I suggest you post the question in the corresponding thread since Im not very familiar with either of those 2 plugins.

For the first issue, make sure you have ssu cache folder writable.
and are you sure ssu is causing it? one way to know is to simply turn off ssu and see.

for the second issue, this has nothing to do with ssu. your server setting doesnt support short hand tag, that's it.

Its writeable. And its faster with SSU off. it differs 10-15 seconds.
The shorthand tag stops working with SSU on.
