Thank you both .... I'm on the shared SSL, how can I test it?
There is another problem.
After installing Zen Card zen-cart-v1.3.8a-full-fileset to Fasthost server all layout looks very wrong.
Not sure what I did wrong but as I said before It's all very new to me and any help is much apreciated.

Assuming it's been set up correctly in the 'configure' files, you should just be able to go to the login page of Zen Cart and the url should change from http to https.

If not a Dedicated SSL then there should be an automatic redirect in place, setup by the Hoster.

But then again, it's not called the wild wild web for nothing.
