WorldPay Module version 2.0 - Support thread

Hi All

Have installeld worldpay module 2.0 and confirmed all files appear to be in correct locations.
I have configured it as per instructions via the admin part of my zencart site but when I go to my checkout it only shows Paypal as a payment method (I am intending to use paypal express and worldpay).

I have upgraded my site to zen-cart 1.3.8a from 1.3.8. Ive also upgraded the worldpay module mron v1 to v2.10, although my zen-cart says its version 2.09.

I have followed the instruction and all the forum information i can find. but my site still fails on call back

"Error reported: Callback to http://www.surewin.co.uk/shop/index.................: NOT OK, recevied HTTP status: 302"

My worldpay is set up to the letter, and so too is my zen-cart
I have tried a debug which i receive, and my callbackPW is correct...

i do however receive a second debug email (not all the time) with the starting line

"Password Failure:" followed by lines of code.

HELP PLEASE!

This is just a shot in the dark but i notice you use password as singular 1 password. Version 1 of this module did use only 1 password but version 2 has greater security and uses the MD5 pass also so you should have 2 passwords and MD5 should be enabled in both this module and worldpay. And passwords in both worldpay and this module.

Also make sure that all of the old files from version 1 are removed, don't just rename them but remove them off of the server.

don't know if this would help but if i cancel the payment at the card details page, the call back to the site works fine " your payment has been canceled etc......."

I remember having some trouble with this in version 1 i had to change some ? or ! for ¿ or ¡ in the code

Callbacks are always failing, and the Debug Email is telling me about a password failure even though they are matching each other.

The module is telling me that session encryption is enabled, but in the two config files is is not

This might be at the root of the problem for you. I know it has an effect on zencarts.

The author of that post (Philip Clarke) is also the same person who wrote the worldpay 2 module there are files in this module that should tell you if suhosin is installed and active on your server. There should also be some documentation in this thread and the documentation in the module docs folder.

Thanks, the suoshin was enabled and I've managed to get this sorted via the methods in the link, however still getting password failure

I appear to have solved it.

I'm setting up Zen Cart in Worldpay on a new installation.
I've tried a former installation which I use for something else and is already active and its work no problem.

Anyone know why this would be, as far as I can tell there is no difference between the Activated and non Activated installations, especially as I'm using testMode transactions??!
