Please guys i need your help urgently, my website: http://www.thefabulouszone.com was working before but i can see the front end any more, instead the message I am getting is "Access Denied"

It was working before *what*? Because if you know what the 'what' is, then you just have to revert things to how they were before and it is sure to work again.

but i can see the front end any more, instead the message I am getting is "Access Denied"

Not really enough info to work with, but things for you to check are:
Files in the / folder that *shouldn't* be there (eg index.html)
Changes to your .htaccess file(s).
Changes to the /index.php file

These changes may be a result of something you have done, or, I hate to say this, if you have done nothing then you have probably been hacked.
