I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say this looks like a Template Monster (or affiliate) template.. I beleive your issue is that your template has modified some of the core files in such a way that IH2 is not working as it should.. To test this, I suggest copying the IH2 files from the "/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE" folders to the "classic" template folder, and switching to the classic template.. If everything works then it is indeed an issue with your template, and if it's a TM template it's gonna be difficult to say what the fix is, since it would require knowing what they hacked out..

I went through the whole process to reinstall IH2, no luck. I also did what you suggested and switched to the classic template but it still doesn't work What should I do next?
