You can try looking in emails/email_template_order_status.html or
in classes/order.php and search for '$htmlInvoiceURL' , should be towards the bottom of the file.

No, the real fix is to put back the DEFINE for HTTPS_CATALOG_SERVER into your admin configure.php file.
