Image Manager addon

We have Image Manager installed and over 24,000 images that have already been copied and shrunk. We would like to add a watermark and have created the png in root of the images/large folder to match the size of the largest image.

The watermark is not working - did I miss something?

I searched the forum and did not find much about watermarking other than the fact that is an optional part of the copy/shrink process. I hope this does not mean that if the pictures are already processed there is no way to add a watermark.

You really have the plan to apply a watermark to 24.000 images?
It would mean 24.000 clicks in IM, as IM has no batch-processing or on-the-fly creation/watermarking of images.
Even if it had, I would look for an alternative to do that off-line.
