Return Authorization Module - help please

im still having this problem.. 404 page not found when i click on returns. it was working fine then i did a test run and after that i got the error. i rename all folders (red_passion) still no dice. i checked all folders individually and every thing is in place. i have no problems on the admin side. my site is www.secretrisque.com using 1.39f. help pleasee..
