I can see your site now, and I see the circuit board background on the edges of the page. The mainWrapper background-image and background-color are covering it on most of the page.
You have no #mainWrapper for the popups, so the bg image in body is showing. Add to your stylesheet
#popupShippingEstimator {background: #ffffff;}
Include any other popup ids you wish in the selector list.
Looking back, Misty's advice in the second example should have worked correctly.

I pasted your popups line into Notepad++ to double-check and it shows no syntax errors that would cause the bg color to be ignored:```
#popupShippingEstimator, #popupSearchHelp, #popupAdditionalImage, #popupImage, #popupCVVHelp, #popupCouponHelp, #popupAtrribsQuantityPricesHelp, #infoShoppingCart {
background-color: #ffffff;
}
background-color: #ffffff !important;

thanks for your input , before i try anything i have noticed in my admin under templates i have 2 options
classic contemporary green (preview)
360 upgrades (preview)
but when i preview either they are both the contemporary green :frusty: :frusty: :frusty:
are you suppose to get a preview of the template installed ie i have 360upgrades installed but when i click preview i see the classic template :frusty:
ive also noticed that my templates name is 360 upgrades
and my templates directory is 360upgrades

will this have something to do with it , if so ? how do i change the name of the template to mate the name of the templates directory ? i tried altering the name of the templates directory to 360 upgrades but i think that just combined the two templates

could this be my problem ?
because i can not see an image for the check out button for google checkout either ?

In your zencart install you should have following
folder
/includes/templates
in that folder should be further folders
i.e.
/includes/templates/classic
and
/includes/templates/360upgrades
and
/includes/templates/template_default
each of those folders should contain file
named
template_info.php
this file should state template name
i.e.
for Classic template

*/
$template_name = 'Classic Contemporary Green';
$template_version = 'Version 1.3.5';
$template_author = 'Zen Cart Team (c) 2006';
$template_description = 'This template set is designed to be easily modified using only the style sheet to change colors, fonts, and the store logo. Three images are required; logo.jpg, header_bg.jpg, and tile_back.gif.';
$template_screenshot = 'scr_template_default.jpg';
?>
If google checkout button is not showing, then check
that you have google checkout templates in correct
folder for template your site is currently using.

Have investigated this problem on member's site..
After successfully incorporating member background
into test site...popup help/shipping estimate css working
fine...conclusion...member has mod/addon files conflicting
with popup background stylesheet settings.

misty:
Ok...try the following..create a white image named
infoback.gif, place that image in your current template's
images folder...remove code in my first post..then add
#popupShippingEstimator, #popupSearchHelp, #popupAdditionalImage, #popupImage, #popupCVVHelp, #popupCouponHelp, #popupAtrribsQuantityPricesHelp, #infoShoppingCart {
background-color: #ffffff;
background-image: url(../images/infoback.gif);
background-repeat: repeat-y;
background-repeat: repeat-x;
}
Thank you misty for this code I was having the same problem with my Shipping Estimator. The first code did not work for me either, but this one did . Thank you again.
Is your site Upgraded to the current version 1.5.4 Yet?

My Shipping Estimator's has #FFFFFF has the background colour but it's also still using the background image of the main site.

Did you read DivaVocals' post right above yours?

It could be that the site background declaration is located AFTER the shipping popup declaration. You may have additional stylesheets which are being read AFTER the main stylesheet. Is this possibly your issue?
Styles load and apply chronologically. Where there are 2 conflicting declarations, the LAER one will over-ride any that went before.

Update: Discovered that the tag for the shopping cart help popup was left out of this.. Modified stylesheet code as follows:
#infoShoppingCart, #popupShippingEstimator, #popupSearchHelp, #popupAdditionalImage, #popupImage, #popupCVVHelp, #popupCouponHelp, #popupAtrribsQuantityPricesHelp {
background-color: #ffffff;
background-image: none;
}

fairestcape, you were correct :) Very interesting what happened. I did have 'background-image:none' in the CSS, but when updating the CSS, I renamed the old version. Somehow, when opening the popups, it also called the old version up - after the corrected version:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="includes/templates/winesonline/css/stylesheet.css" /> <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="includes/templates/winesonline/css/stylesheetDEC08.css" /> <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="includes/templates/winesonline/css/stylesheet_css_buttons.css" /><link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="print" href="includes/templates/winesonline/css/print_stylesheet.css" />

So Zen reads 'em both..
FYI.. It's really helpful for you to post a link to your site when asking for help around here.. :smile: Sounds like you got this one all worked out though..

Any file in /css/ named style*.css will be loaded automatically; if you want to keep a backup version, store it elsewhere or change its extension to .bak so it will not be seen as a stylesheet.
