Yes that is what is means. Always change the your template, or custom template to match the name of the template you are using then upload to your sever.

I have two question.

Is there a way that you can select more than one winner and then close the contest after you've selected your required number of winners?

Currently I'm having to backup my DB then select a winner. Restore the DB and put a W in the one that was selected. Then I have to do it all over again.

My next question. I only sell downloadable items. Is there a way that, either a coupon can automatically be created and sent when you send the email OR is there another way this can be done so that the customer can access a free download of the product.

There is no sql file to cut and past into the database.

The sql.php file which is part of the upload files handles the SQL install. This is the file in question:

/YOUR_ADMIN/install-sql-contest-v1.6.php

When you have uploaded all files (including the one above) to your server enter in your browser:

www.yourstore.com/your_admin/install-sql-contest-v1.6.php

This will then auto install the necessary SQL

I recently installed on latest Zen Cart v139b. Can't seem to get the darn thing out the driveway. Installed all the files to their respective directories. Even double check making sure I didn't forget to change the name of any of the custom_template / admin folders in the mod pkg. I used FileZilla to do directory comparison and toggled synchronize browsing to make sure everything installed; sure enough, everything installed where they should be. Here's the fun part, unable to run install file -----> "install-sql-contest-v1.6.php".

Here's what I point my browser to: MY_DOMAIN_NAME.com/MY-ADMIN/install-sql-contest-v1.6.php

Kinda was looking forward to this script. I've installed 16+ thus far, plus Zen Cart, with issues, yes but have figured them out; can't seem to figure this out, and want this script. thanx.

You must log into your admin first.
Then point browser at MY_DOMAIN_NAME.com/MY-ADMIN/install-sql-contest-v1.6.php once done just use your back button on your browser to go back to zc menu.

Thanks for your quick response; however, I think I'll just walk away from this one and do a complete uninstall. I'm finding some of these modules more problematic to install and comprehend than Zen Cart. It took me 30+ minutes trying to find the installer; I finally uncovered that the installer that runs the program should be run from the browser, and that info I found in the installer (install-sql-contest-v1.6.php), not the install docs;

Finally got the script up and running, after much back and forth, only now I'm entering the contest to test it out, it doesn't tell me, you've won, you've lost, or drawing information to follow. <sigh>. Just don't have all day to spend in "support" for a mod. At this point, Zen Cart install seems like a piece of cake.

Anyway, thanks for the assistance, but think I'll just pass on this one. I don't have the luxury of spending 4+ hours to install "one" add-on.

You can move install-sql-contest-v1.6.php to your stores root folder and then run it from there. BUT when it has completed the install YOU MUST remove/delete it from your root folder.

That should be a work around for admin profiles mod.

Is there a way on the contest page to NOT have the product description showing? I have a dropdown box in my description (men's/women's) and it's showing on the contest page. If it's selected, it takes people away from the page.

I also have another small issue. I can't seem to find where to change the size of the image on the contest page. A little help here please.
