Hi,
Have you followed the instructions and created the database table?
If so, that file missing would be the or your database settings in configure.php being wrong would be the ONLY reasons that you'd get that message.
All the best..

I'm having the same issue. (I'm a SQL newbie, too. As in, never really looked at it until today.)
Even so, I'm certain I'm SO...CLOSE...to getting it working, but I'm stymied:
-
I read the FAQ and the instructions. I created a new SQL database. I made sure the file "includes/configure.php" showed the right database name.
-
I used "Tools - Install SQL Patches" to upload "ceon_manual_card.sql" and then "ceon_manual_card_upgrade_from_1.x.sql". I didn't type anything into the big text field, I just uploaded the files specified. Or installed them. Or whatever it is you do to create a table in a database. I guess.
When listing payment modules, it shows "Ceon Manual Card v2.0.0" (YAY) but Zen Cart says: "The Ceon Manual Card Database Table Does Not Exist!" (boo)
- I looked in the SQL database and I have a table called "ceon_manual_card", but it doesn't seem to be "active" or have anything in it. Not sure how to fix that.
Read the FAQ again. Read this thread. Utterly stuck.

Help?
