Steve, it's confirmed that you're indeed a genius and your solution worked perfectly with my modified file.

Just one little tweak on the position as for some reason the images are spaced out differently on the specials page than on the main products view :-)

I was thinking of changing hosts but not sure who to go with and what it'd cost and whether I can transfer my SLL certs etc., etc.,.... Maybe just save up and get a GoDaddy dedicated server and see if that'd speed it up a bit?

I'm just glad it's almost the way I want it :-) 99.9% there.... Been trying to figure out how to have like an eBay feedback page on the site and then I can do my mailshots and flood the site with products.

When I go full steam ahead with this site and start to notice severe slow-downs from traffic then I'll definitely need to look at a faster hosting account.

Does this mean I'd have to edit another file to put the sold out image over the thumbnails in 'all products' too?

P.S., I took your comments about my site speed on board and changed hosts from GoDaddy to Camelot... I have to use an analogy where GoDaddy was like watching treacle drip and now Camelot are like a waterfall! What do you think of the speed my site's doing now?? I may have to rename it from limelites.co.uk to 1000mph.com!

Just one problem with the changeover though... Google Checkout!! Don't suppose you know the ins and outs of it? It was working perfectly on GoDaddy but not at all on Camelot.... Can't get to grips with the new 'Site installed with PHP over CGI' settings... Been at it nearly 15 hours and no further forward :-(

Nope, it's doing it on new products and all products views...

I'm not sure what I've done to the code to screw it up but it was working perfectly and now it's not :-(

It's really weird. I reverted back to the previous version of tpl_modules_products_all_listing.php (the version before the modification a few posts up) and it takes out the image... Then when I change it again as per your instructions it puts the sold out image on the page but totally out of position and with a black border round it.

I've reverted back to the old version for now as I can't figure it out.

It's as though it's not picking up the stylesheet class?

It's only doing it in new products and all products view... not in product listings views.... can't understand what's happened but I've obviously done something bad?

I got it working Steve.... Just had to delete and re-install and reconfigure it... story of my life these days :-)

It appears (as below) you have included some inline styles to the original code... "best practice" would be to use the stylesheet to tweak the position...
