Nixaks Sagepay Form Module

Nixak:

Hi all,

Sorry I have'nt been around for a while however unfortunatly I don't seem to be getting notification of any posts and because I spend very little time on these forums I have decided to move my support of this module to my own website (first link in my signature) The entire website and forums are new but don't worry I log in almost every day, well as long as the wife, child & work allow :D

On another note I have come across certain individuals who are offering to install MY module on your websites for a fee :censored: Please please please DO NOT use the services of these thieving a**holes, plus you have to give them full admin and ftp access & thats never a smart thing to do. If anyone has that much trouble installing the module then contact me at my website and I will walk you through it .... hell I will install it if I have to and I would'nt charge £20 for it!!! maybe a fiver, but twenty pounds .... damm that has annoyed me, at least D. Turpin and other highway men had the decency to wear masks.

Thanks for the module Nixak - and also about the heads up about fee charging thieves. - I will be using the module next week when I have confirmed everything to Sagepay. Well done!

Re: Nixaks Sagepay Form Module

Hi all, heres some answers to your questions.

TonyB6:

HI Sagepay has now implemented the abilty to take Paypal payment via sage pay. I'm just wondering if this module will support this?

Thanks
Tony

I did start on intergrating SagePay-Paypal but from what I can see its not complete yet, I will try to get this fixed for the next version.

petersonfenn:

Please Please, can someone help me with this problem. I don't seem to be able to find a solution at all.

It won't go through to the sagepay payment pages - it just get stuck on the checkout confirmation page with no option to progress. It has all the billing information and the costs/delivery costs and then the page just ends. No Confirm button and not footer.

Please can someone help me. Thank you.

Hmm I had to think hard about this because this happened to me when I created the module. The only thing I know that can cause this is if you have installed the Fast & Easy Checkout mod, even if you've decided to not use it, it adjusts the checkout confirmation page and breaks the module. Only way I found to get rid of it was a complete fresh install. It's also possible that any mod that changes the checkout pages may cause this.

djsky:

Does the Sagepay module work on Zencart 1.5.0?

I haven't tried it yet however unless Sagepay or Zen-cart change something very major it should work with all 1.x.x versions. Try it on simulator mode first if your concerned.

leon2lil:

Very Quick Question Can This Mod do the Sage Server/ In Frame Payment Solution. The one where they don't leave the site.

The module is for SagePay Form .... not server or direct (in frame is Sagepay server) so unfortunatly no. Maybe one day I might try to code modules for this ...... however i'm not that insane yet lol.

kransom:

I found that for some reason I was losing the crypt variable frm the URL/GET values. I don't know if this was a host related issue or something else as when I did a print_r($_GET) that values were not there but if I checked the $_SERVER QUERY_STRING the crypt value information was there

I have no idea why you should have that problem however if anyone has anymore info please let me know. If need be I will add your code to the next version, just let me know.

Error: #69053

This is not one thats coded by the module so I'm not sure what this is yet .... I will contact sagepay and try to find out.

If i've missed any questions then I apoligise, please post them again & I will do my best to answer them. Also if you need to contact me urgently then I now have a website with forum space dedicated to the module that I log into daily, you are more then welcome to use these, they are free of charge and registration is easy, use the first link in my signature for my website.

Re: Nixaks Sagepay Form Module

I've just checked with Sagepay and Error #69053 is not generated by them, or by the module ..... google'ing the error also doesn't show anything. That only leave's two possibilities that I can think of, either it's a Zen-Cart code or it's a webserver host code. If anyone finds out (or knows) anything please post it here and I will try to fix this asap.

Hi Sheenamad,

First off you don't have to install anything from sagepay.
This sounds like maybe you have not yet completed the neccasary steps that sagepay ask you to do when you first setup an account with them. The info you need is in the readme file that comes with my module however as someone else installed it I'm guessing you don't have that, so I will post it below.

SagePay require you to complete at least one payment in test mode & refund it before you can use their live server.

Leave the admin screen and go back to the front end of your shop. Make a purchase with SagePay as you would as if you're a customer.

When you hit the final checkout button you'll be directed to the SagePay test server, which has "test" written on the background.

DO NOT ENTER REAL CREDIT CARD DETAILS ON THE TEST SERVER, THEY WILL NOT WORK.

Select a credit card type to pay with and use the corresponding card number:

VISA - 4929000000006
MASTERCARD - 5404000000000001
DELTA - 4462000000000003
SOLO - 6334900000000005 - Issue 01
DOMESTIC MAESTRO - 5641820000000005 - Issue 01
AMEX - 374200000000004
ELECTRON - 4917300000000008
JCB - 3569990000000009
DINERS - 36000000000008

The "valid from" and "expires" date can be anything.

You will also need to supply the following values for CV2, Billing Address Numbers
and Billing Post Code Numbers.
These are the only values which will return as Matched.
Any other values will return as Not Matched.

CV2 - 123
Billing Address Numbers - 88
Billing Post Code Numbers - 412
You will also need to enter the 3D Secure password as " password " (it is case sensitive)
so that the 3D Secure authentication returns Fully Authenticated.

When testing be careful when repeatedly buying the same dummy product, this can create
problems producing an order number when you return to your website after the
transaction has been completed.

========================================================

SAGEPAY:

Login to SagePay (Google "Login to SagePay" to find the relevant screen) with your username and password.

Note: don't do this with your "main" admin identity, instead you should setup another identity with your admin account, give it all permissions by ticking the row of boxes, and login as this.

Search for the transaction, select it, open it, and refund it.

Now contact SagePay (tel: 0845 0554454 ) and tell them you're ready to go live.

Then you're good to go back to the admin screen, modules, payments, SagePay, transaction mode, and change over to "live".

Follow the above instructions and hopefully this will solve the problem, if not let me know and I will try to help.

p.s. please don't post here and pm me, if there are any problems I would rather they are shown here so as the answers can help everyone.

Re: Nixaks Sagepay Form Module

Hi Nixak,

It's the testing that I am trying to complete.
I have put in all the details on the payments module and logged out. I then go and select some items in my shop. go to checkout, agreed terms & select sagepay, and continue and it goes to step 3 of 3 and ends there.

i am not getting directed to the SagePay test server. Did I read somewhere sagepay doesn't like vat added to the end ?? Could this be my problem .

my webshop is @ http://www.maddocksbray.ie
Username - maddocks
Password - shop

thanks

Re: Nixaks Sagepay Form Module

Have you tried to use the sagepay simulator mode? and when you say it goes to step 3 and stays there, is that because theres no button to confirm?

Re: Nixaks Sagepay Form Module

Are you using or have used on that site a mod for the checkout like fast and easy checkout? because that can cause issues with the payment module.

Re: Nixaks Sagepay Form Module

If there's no confirm button on step 3 there are only three things I can think that would cause that problem.

  1. Either a mod or your template interferes with the checkout confirmation page which then clashes with the payment module (fast & easy checkout has been proven to clash and cause this problem) You can check this by using the default template.
  2. You have an old version of the payment module installed (version 2 looks ALOT different and does display the version number in the admin)
  3. The install of the payment module has been corrupted or not done correctly.

Let me know if you find out whats happened

Hi Nixak
2) is File Version: 2.0 Alpha

  1. Just found fast & easy is installed never used it and never noticed it was there - what do i need to do .
I did change my template to another and it made no difference, still stopped at step 3 of 3.

Re: Nixaks Sagepay Form Module

Hi Sheenamad,

Unfortunatly I have some bad news for you :(

Sagepay provide an SSL certificate for themselves only ... this is normal, you must have your own SSL certificate for your website (my current one cost £59.99 for the year, my first one cost almost £200 :shocking: so at least they are getting cheaper) plus your server host must have php curl installed and running .... most already do, this is easy to check just give you server hosting company a call.

It only gets worse I'm afraid :( as the only way I know to totally remove Fast & Easy Checkout is via a fresh install, I tried for weeks to remove the poxy mod but it never worked.

Sorry about all the bad news but this is why I created a readme file in the mod which you unfortunatly didn't get because someone else installed it for you.

But i went with Sagepay form integration so that I wouldn't have to have my own SSL . "(..)The customer is redirected to Sage Pay to enter their card details, so no sensitive information needs to be taken or stored on your site (removing the need for you to maintain highly secure encrypted databases, or obtain digital certificates).(..)" So will the add-on not work because of this?? Is there anything I can do about this?

This error code is generated by your own includes/payment/sagepay_form.php file. Its states

"...// If we are here, then sagepay has validated the credit card but has failed to encrypt the crypt string to AES // or the customer has tried to bypass sagepay by inserting the websites completion address. echo "Error: #69053";..."

Re: Nixaks Sagepay Form Module

Hi Nixak

Using ZenCart 1.5.1 - I have your SagePay form module installed. All works fine on test mode and live mode, orders are received, payments are processed and received by SagePay. All absolutely fine, apart from the URL where customers end up at checkout.

After an order is sent/processed I am assuming a customer should be directed to: /index.php?main_page=checkout_success.

However, the final page a customers sees is: /index.php?main_page=checkout_process&crypt=#####-long encryption string-############### with the message "An error has occurred. Please refresh the page and try again".

PayPal is up and running on the same ZenCart installation with customers successfully directed to /index.php?main_page=checkout_success.

Would you know where my problem lies?

Many thanks in advance.

Re: Nixaks Sagepay Form Module

Hello,

I want my SagePay to talk to Sage 50 with regards to transferring order info for automatic order processing.

However, in order to accurately specify the PRODUCT, the Sage 50 product code must also feature on my Zen Cart product info ... where do I place the relevant info on my Zen Cart product info page for Sage 50 to read it?

Hope this makes sense :-)

Re: Nixaks Sagepay Form Module

Howdy,

I managed to upload this module just fine, however I've noticed that when a customer places an order, the order details (items, quantities, pricing and the comments section) is totally missing.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem, as i've uploaded the latest version which apparently solved this - but i've still experienced it.

Your help is very very much appreciated!
