Nixaks Sagepay Form Module

Hello, I'm experiencing this problem too. I've just moved to a new server (was on a shared server now VPS) but when I go to the checkout - the payment button isn't loading anymore.

I am using 1.3.9h and SagePay worked fine for me before - but now is crashing?

Can anyone assist please?

Im wondering if anyone can help and shed some light on this for me. I keep getting the dreaded

This transaction attempt has failed. We are unable to	redirect you back to the web store from which you were purchasing. The details of the failure are given below.

Status:	MALFORMED

Status Detail:	3045 : The Currency field is missing.

Ive done some searching over the forums and other areas and the error sometimes relates to the encrypted password. Ive checked it and reconfirmed it with Sagepay and it is correct. Can anyone else throw some ideas as to what could be wrong and where to start looking?

Quick update.

Ive completely removed the module and reinstalled, carefully following all the instructions and Im still seeing the errors.

Im leaning to suspect it is something Ive configured wrong (or the details I have are wrong) but has anyone seen this sort of error and can advise as to what could be the issue?

Another update, just to help out anyone else that may be seeing this issue.

Seems the encrypted password supplied to me was not the right one. So if anyone else is seeing this error message then it is due to the encrypted password being wrong. Its worthwhile going back to sagepay and getting them to confirm all the details once again.

Ive had a new password issued by sagepay and all is now working.

I'm hoping this thread isn't dead!

I have the issue where the "Confirm the Order" button is not showing up on my live site, but it is on my identical built testing site. The only difference is the platform on the testing environment is running:
PHP Version: 5.4.7 (Zend: 2.4.0) PHP Memory Limit: 128M where as my live site is running PHP Version: 5.3.3 (Zend: 2.3.0) PHP Memory Limit: 128M.

Both running Linux.

Due to the live-site running several sites, I can't switch to PHP 5.4.7 to try it out. It's also a Plesk CP which I don't think can run PHP 5.4.7 in Linux.

To top it all...CEON SagePay refuses to allow USA clients stating the State info is wrong!! So I'm stuck without SagePay!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeh, 4 months after my original post I kinda figured that one out as well :)

SagePay is still available as an option but via a UK based company as a paid option. http://ceon.net/software/business/zen-cart/sage-pay-direct

It is still worth it.

And it doesnt outline if it's compatible with the very latest SagePay protocol

JSWeb (the developers) work with SagePay as far as I know. All i can suggest is contact them and ask them. They were updating foor something when I spoke to them back in February.

And it is an annual fee of £75, I believe.

We are currently using the PROTX form and have been told it is being turned off on the 31st July by Sagepay.
