HELP - Can't create category - something wrong

I believe you should still have /english/ folders with the English versions of files. You should also have a /turkish/ folder everywhere there is an /english/ folder. Turkish files should all go in /turkish/ folders.

So you are saying my current setup is not correct and I should reinstall Turkish language pack again?

I haven't used a language pack, so I would want confirmation from someone with experience in that area first.
