Hello Anne,
I have followed the instructions to remove reference to "coupons" and "gift certificates" in the footer for Upscale Boutique. Gift certificates has now been removed successfully, however where the coupons was, I now have the following message displayed

What can I do to rectify this?

It is likely that you have added links or images with absolute paths to non secure urls. It is best to use relative paths for all links and images.

Hi Anne. I have fixed all of the absolute URL's to relative except for the facebook and twitter links at the bottom. Anyway, I still get the same error message on the page where I hit the button "confirm the order" to go to the MoneyBookers payment module. Here is the error message:

"Although this page is encrypted, the information you have entered is to be sent over an unencrypted connection and could easily be read by a third party.
Are you sure you want to continue sending this information?"

I wonder if this error is caused by something on the MoneyBooker's payment module?

That's a screen shot of the code on the "confirm your order" page. There's a URL in there that says "http" instead of "https", but I don't know what page that is. I found it with the HTML inspector.

I found the answer in another thread for MoneyBooker's payment module. It actually has nothing to do with your template. I was sort of figuring that but wasn't completely sure.

I just downloaded and installed this template tonight, fresh 1.5 install:

Like the colors and the header area reminds me of All Business.

First, I see that you have two somewhat different demos?

1. The one most like mine:

I guess mine is the latest and one you intend?

Couple of things.

1. EZpages in header area...is that how it is supposed to look? White text over the image? Or would it look better as in your second demo? (Category Tabs off but also see a little darker background color in mine...intended?)

2. Red x's/missing pics in More Information sidebox, as in your first demo. I don't use this box, but is that how it's supposed to be? Seem to be generated from template_default.

3. Post no. 205, missing Cart pic in header. Download still has it as a jpg in common/tpl_header.php, but photo itself is a png. I changed mine in the code, if others are interested:

4. Now, the scary part: post no. 173 and the jumping centerbox. I definitely see it on this site in IE9: thatsamoredesigns com Homepage centerbox can jump to extreme right of my screen and stick there. Or jump back, depending on where my cursor is. Can also happen if cursor touches top social buttons or social buttons on product pages. But it stabilizes and stops jumping if I set IE9 to Compatability View. I don't think most people will be in compatability view. Hopefully, only a problem with this particular site. Haven't yet noticed on my test site.

5. This, like all your templates, the left column temporarily jumps to center then back, often faster than eye can really see, but also often that I do see. (Probably could capture a screenshot.) I mentioned this I think in the All Business thread and applied my fix, so no longer jumps. Wonder if the jumping entire centerbox above is related?

Anyway, a very good-looking template and color arrangement for my needs. Thanks!

You need to edit further down in the includes/languages/engilsh/extra_definitions/an_upscale_boutique/footer_menu_defines.php file and also remove the constants there.

The template is not intended to use the ezpages header links. If you want to use these links you will have to add the styles in the stylesheet.

The missing images have already been noted in the bug list and I will be fixing these in a future update.

The ie9 issues and left column fix are also already noted in the bug list and will be fixed in a future update.

You need to also remove the constants (these are in capital letters) for the links that you want to remove. If you take a look at the footer menu support thread (this is the module that is creating the footer menu) I am sure that this question has been asked and answered many times there ;-)

If you read the text on the main page it tells you "This content is located in the file at: /languages/english/html_includes/an_upscale_boutique/define_main_page.php

You can quickly edit this content via Admin->Tools->Define Pages Editor, and select define_main_page from the pulldown. "

If you do a search in the devlopers toolkit for what you want to modify it will tell you the files you need to change.

You can just add this in the product descritpion box in the admin when you add/edit products.

Oh I see. The products description box accepts HTML coding. I didn't know that. I also want to embed a video, which shouldn't be a problem than either in that case. Thanks so much!
