None of my shipping modules show up...

Hi All!

I recently had my site hacked. I followed all the instructions for cleaning and securing my site and installing all patches. Thank goodness, my site works for the most part.

But since I re-uploaded my files, my shipping modules don't work.

I was using several clones and customized copies of the flat.php files. But none of them show up on the checkout pages. I've turned them on and off, installed, uninstalled. Nothing seems to make a difference.

I'm using
Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Patch: 1::
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

With the Apple Zen template installed.

Check that you are not using Zones on your shipping modules ...

Check that you do not have backup files in your directory:
/includes/modules/shipping

Check you Zen Cart Admin and go to your Modules ... Shipping ... do you get errors there? Do you see all shipping modules there?

If using Sort Orders on 1 or more shipping modules, make sure that you are using unique sort orders on ALL shipping modules ...

I checked the zones, I wasn't using them before and I still am not. those files look unchanged to me.

no backup files there...just the ones from before.

I did check the sort orders...all were set to 0 for some reason. I reassigned them unique numbers.

when I go to my site I still don't get any shipping options showing.

What shipping modules do you have installed?

What are your settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... settings for your site?

I have attached screen shots of my shipping modules that I have installed and my settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... settings.

Did you make these shipping modules?

I cannot tell from what their names are as to what the code inside is doing ...

Are these shipping modules something you can do a REMOVE on each one, then check your configuration table and run the SQL statement:

SELECT * FROM configuration WHERE configuration_key LIKE '%MODULE_SHIPPING%';

and see what records come up?

all the odd named shipping mods are clones of the flat shipping mod

If you remove all of the shipping modules, by clicking on each one and saving their settings and clicking on REMOVE ... do you find anything in the configuration table with that SELECT statement?

I haven't done the removal of each file test, but I did run the SQL Statement. The output was the following:

1146 Table 'newtest.configuration' doesn't exist
in:
[SELECT * FROM configuration WHERE configuration_key LIKE '%MODULE_SHIPPING%';]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I don't know what that means or what to do with it...

In phpMyAdmin, do you see in the database the table names with or without prefixes?

I don't see them in the database table of names should the be just in the database list of files? or contained in a file?

Also I'm not sure what you mean by with or without prefixes. Please direct me what I should be looking for, and where.

When you look at your database ... do you see the database tables called:
address_book
address_format
admin
admin_activity_log
authorizenet
banners
etc. etc.

or do they have a prefix on them such as:
zen_address_book
zen_address_format
zen_admin
zen_admin_activity_log
zen_authorizenet
zen_banners
etc. etc.

When I look in my database, I see the followiing list of database tables:

That would indicate that your prefix is:
newtest

Try changing this:

SELECT * FROM configuration WHERE configuration_key LIKE '%MODULE_SHIPPING%'; 

to read:

SELECT * FROM newtestconfiguration WHERE configuration_key LIKE '%MODULE_SHIPPING%'; 

what comes up?

Click on the table with the name
configuration

in it ...

Click on SEARCH ...

where it reads:
configuration_key

select from the dropdown
LIKE %...%

and enter in the input box:
MODULE_SHIPPING

and click GO ...

I get the following as shown in the screen shot:

I go to your checkout_shipping and see:

ok now I'm starting to feel like an idiot because I don't see any of that on my screen at all.

It will go from shopping_cart to checkout_payment when I click on the checkout button. It totally bypasses the checkout_shipping screen. arggggh

What products_id do you have in the cart?
