Just started playing around with torvista's Spanish pack (supposedly ok for 1.3.9 according to the author) and I am now also looking for feedback on the German pack.

I have French 1.3.9b installed and tested on my clean zc 1.3.9b, then c, then d.

Everything seems to work.

I had one small snag - I forgot that I had french.php in my 1.3.8a custom override files that I copied over, so french.php was already hiding in my new setup, and it took priority over the new french.php in includes/languages. Result - the small fix in french 1.3.9b that affects tpl_modules_main_product_image wasn't working so my product images didn't show up in the french cart. I eventually twigged and copied over the fix.

I have adapted this pack to zc 1.3.9d and I am currently in the process of testing the modified version. Once it's done :wacko: and running I will submit it to the Free Add-Ons.

I note from the list a few pages back that 1.0.4 was classified as not working with 1.3.9

There is a 1.0.5 version listed in the Add-ons section, but it seems to have been removed as the link goes to a dead end.

Reminder: Anyone upgrading from any older version of Image Handler2 for 1.3.x to the Rev 8 version MUST run the uninstall function from the version you are currently running BEFORE applying the new Image Handler2 for 1.3.x Rev 8 files to your store. Otherwise you will get errors!!

Question for you why are you updating image handler2 1.3 begin with. works just fine if you install right. I have been running it on PHP 5.3 a while now on zen cart 1.3.9d. Just a question thats all. No disrespect toward what you doing. I think it is great..

There were files in the IH2 module which contained functions deprecated in PHP 5.3..

While it's great that IH2 works for you, others were having issues making the changes needed for IH2 to work with PHP 5.3 and the 1.3.9 versions of Zen Cart.. (This is VERY clear if you follow the IH2 support thread)

There were other improvements as well, and the readme (as well as the listing in the downloads) has the changelog overview if you would like to check that out..
