Re: Alysa Rounded Template Support Thread

Sorry to bug you again Anne. I am not sure if this is the right place to post this so if not I am sorry.

On my front page I have where it says Current Sales (towards the bottom). I would like for it to match how the New Products and Featured Products look. Like the dotted lines in between the products, the text on top of the product pic, the price down below and the product details tab.

How would I go about doing that?

Thanks!

The installed module that handles these styles is designer monthly boxes. Post to the support thread for that mod for help.

Thanks,

Anne

Re: Alysa Rounded Template Support Thread

Hi Anne,

Firstly I'd like to say thank you so much for your beautiful templates and easy to understand installation instructions. I have one question, I'd like to have the images in the slideshow showing for a longer period of time before it moves onto the next image, please can you advise how I'd go about that?

Thanks again

You need to edit the javascript file.

Thanks,

Anne

Re: Alysa Rounded Template Support Thread

Hi all,
I'm using this fantastic template and I would like to install the Fast and Easy Checkout add-on (FEC)..however it seems it is recommended to install Jscript Loader before installing. My question is does this template have Jscript loader installed already? I had a quick look into the html_header.php file and it seems it is installed, can you please confirm?

No, it is not already installed. You will need to merge the html_header file from the mod with the one from the template package.

Thanks,

Anne

Okay - I finally figured out what I was doing wrong and I didn't see this posted any where else so I thought I'd post it here just in case it's needed.

When you install the css/javascript loader, you need to specify that the javascript for easySlider needs to be loaded before everything is minified.

To do this, change the loader_sample.php.sample in includes/templates/your_template/auto loaders to loader_yournamehere.php (I used loader_index.php) and then change the php content in the file to something like:

<?php $loaders[] = array('conditions' => array('pages' => array('index_home')), 'jscript_files' => array( 'jscript_easySlider.js' => 10, 'jquery/jquery-1.4.2.min.js' => 20 )); upload to includes/templates/your_template/auto_loaders and easySlider should work.

I don't have the css/javascript loader on my site. However, I'm getting the same error that the demo has:

Message: 'jQuery' is undefined
Line: 30
Char: 1
Code: 0
URI: http://victoriadesignstudio.com/store/includes/templates/alysa_rounded/jscript/jscript_easySlider.js

Line: 30
Char: 1
Code: 0
URI: http://www.picaflor-azul.com/free-demos/includes/templates/alysa_rounded/jscript/jscript_easySlider.js

Do I need to install the css/javascript loader (first I've ever heard of it) to correct the problem?

Follow the directions here:

Re: Alysa Rounded Template Support Thread

That did the trick! Thank you so much...

Now if I can only get it to show columns instead of a list I'll be good...

take a look and tell me what to change:

http://victoriadesignstudio.com/store

Did you follow the install.txt and install the sql patch for the column layout grid module?

Thanks,

Anne

Makes it a bit easier to follow directions, eh? Thank you so much. This is a lot better than the template I had earlier.

I change the font color in the stylesheet.css and the font size to 82.5 but I'm not seeing any difference.
