Ashley Pink Template Support Thread

i've tried many times to install the templates using step by step in install.txt but still got blank pink page.. anyone can help??

Go to your /cache folder and fix the errors in the debug file.

In short it is saying that this file is missing.. This is an indicator that your install is incomplete.. Check that ALL the files from the template fileset were uploaded and are in place.. If they are then it's possible that the files may have been corrupted during the upload and need to be FTP'd over again..

Check each file in the template package to find out what you are missing.

Check again for the defilne_main_page.php and the slider javascript files.

found my mistake... i did typo renaming ashley pink while extract the file ... it supposed to be ashley_pink

I had uploaded this Ashley Pink to Zen Cart. But when i type my domain name in a new internet explorer, it shows that "AUTHORIZENET IS IN TESTING MODE" and didnt show the content of the page. When i switch back to Classic template, it shows. I tried with ALL Business, it happened the same error. How? Pls help. Thanks!

This is not a problem inherent with the template. You are getting an error from something that you have done. Check to see that all template files have been uploaded correctly. Look in your cache folder and fix any errors that you see.

thanks for your reply. i deleted it and re-downloaded again, i am facing the same problem. Refer to the Cache, it said that missing "includes/modules/sideboxes/language_header.php", but when i look into the folder, it doesnt exist? How can i retrieve the "language_header.php"?

This file has nothing to do with the template. You can download the zen cart files again and get this file.

I have read in your previous posts that inorder to edit the footer link, you must take a look at footer_menu_defines.php and remove the lines of the links you don't want...

When I do that, it leaves the name still there with no link available.. is there another file I need to edit? I want to remove the coupon and gift certificates at this moment.

i have one question, when we extract all the files in to a new folder called "ashley pink", we open it up,

includes/templates/ashley_pink

we move this whole folder of ashley pink to public_html/includes/templates right?

do we need to move the other php files from other folder includes/modules
includes/languages
includes/extra_dataflies

too?

NO, this is completely wrong. Please read the install.txt file for complete installation instructions.

That is the only file you need to edit. You need to also edit the part at the bottom of the file.

Make your image 950 pixels wide.

For the slider, double check to make sure that you have uploaded all of the template files.
