Hi SPH, can you tell me how you got rid of Currencies in the Header?

Hi people!

I got rid of the problem in my last post (the main page flash was getting in the way... bla bla)

But now I have to figure out how to put second logo next to the first one. The second logo would be static and will point to another site. I can't figure out where to put the code and what css to apply to it.

Could you help me please?

Hi, I'm not currently using the Bask Black template (it wasn't bad, though).

I got rid of the curriencies - except leaving the US currency - per this post:

I don't remember if I took the currencies out of the header completely. Probably can but likely will have to find code and remove it.

You should make sure you have latest Bask Black version, as mentioned in post.

I am using the bask_black template.

The statement :

define('HEADER_SALES_TEXT', 'TagLine Here');

in header.php does not cause any text (I would expect the text 'Tagline here') to be displayed.

Any ideas about what's wrong?

It has been awhile since I used this template. But my recollection is that the tag line (along with the header 2 banner) have been removed from this template. This is fairly common with some templates.

I remember adding the header 2 banner to display site width below the horizontal navigation bar and set for homepage only. Don't recall if I ever tried getting the tag line to work, but it would probably not fit in the header area nicely.

I have included the header as text in the right part of the logo. Not very efficient from an SEO perspective but this is the only bypass I found.

Look at /includes/templates/template_default/common/tpl_header.php, and add the tagline display code from it back into the bask_black copy of tpl_header.php.
As SPH says, it might not fit nicely in the header as is, but require a bit of reworking... have to see it live with the tagline code active to advise further.

Hi, I am completely new to Zen-Cart (awesome) and am using the Bask Black template (also awesome) but can't work out how to add new pages so that they show up in the nav bar? Can anyone assist?

Have renamed the current navigation menu items, but thats not really working for me, plus I need to have a couple of new ones too.

Have tried using Ez-Pages but that doesn't work either
