Blank Sidebox v2.0 Header won't change

Hello all, using the latest version of zen cart. Loving the Blank Sidebox v2.0 add-on, I'm using it to provide links to our company's various social media pages. However, the problem I am having at the moment is that the header's name will not change from BOX_HEADING_BLANK_SIDEBOX. I have gone to \includes\languages\english\extra_definitions, opened blank_sidebox_defines.php as instructed, and input the following:

I have tried changing 'BOX_HEADING_BLANK_SIDEBOX' to 'Social Media in this file, so it reads "define('Social Media', 'Social Media');", but that also does not work. Here's how it currently appears on my test site:

Where is this problem coming from? Finally, here is the site in question:

Do you have a copy of that file in includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/theme376 ? If not, what you have should work, but you might try placing an edited copy there.

I had to create the directory 'theme376', an upon creating it I put the file in. Sadly, there were no changes to the website.

Still looking for help on this issue. I can't let it say BOX_HEADING_BLANK. How else can I incorporate these social media icons to my website?

Now, if you use the Developer's Tool Kit, you find two instances of BOX_HEADING_BLANK_SIDEBOX?

In the stock Blank Sidebox mod, that's defined in includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/blank_sidebox_defines.php. It looks like you may have added some classes to that box, so it may be different on your site, but I'd look there first.

That's the file that I've been trying to modify, as per screenshot 1 in my first post. However, it seems to be unresponsive. Does anyone know where I should look next?:mellow:

Per post 12, that is the file that you should be using (there is no "next"), and the define you posted in your OP is correct, so if the file is actually in the right place on your server, there is no good reason for it not to be working.
What is the result of the Developers Toolkit search as dbltoe requested?

When I use Developer's Tool Kit and look for "BOX_HEADING_BLANK_SIDEBOX", I receive "Error: No matching Configuration Keys were found ... BOX_HEADING_BLANK_SIDEBOX"

Which search box are you using? The lower left one will let you search everywhere. You are obviously missing the define, but there has to be a call to output the constant, or it would not show in your heading.
Check on whether the define file is actually present, complete and up to date on your server.

I tried searching again, this time making sure to select "All Files Look-ups: Catalog/Admin" from the "All Files Look-ups:" drop down field. Here are the results:

Okay, that says that the define is present and correct (the /theme376/ version is the only one that matters if you have that template active), and being called to be the title content. Do you have a file /includes/modules/sideboxes/theme376/blank_sidebox.php? If not, that's fine. If so, post its content here.

pppssst - you're looking at the wrong define - check the syntax on the define below the one you have circled in red in your picture ...
