Why are my downloadable files not showing?

Hmmm ... looks like you didn't actually add the attribute or file to the product yet.

Gotta do that before downloads have anything to do.

If not, then you didn't actually "select" the download attribute before adding-to-cart during your purchase.

It does list the product but there is no bullet point below it.
I looked at the tutorial and I thought I did all that. Maybe I didn't do it right

It looks like you've not added the attribute to the product, using the attributes controller.

I did add an attribute to it. In attribute controller it shows the attribute with a green dot next to the file name. I tried re-doing it and adding a "pdf format". When I tried inserting it, I get the following error in a new IE window. I have no idea what his means!!!

1062 Duplicate entry '1-1' for key 1
in:

If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

That error message should never occur! It means it's trying to insert a database record that already exists!

Go to phpMyAdmin and browse the table:
zen_products_options_values

How many records do you have in that database table?

where is phpmyadmin?

phpMyAdmin should be available in your domain Control Panel such as cPanel ...

Check All / Uncheck All With selected:

I deleted the zip format entry and retried setting up the attributes and now it works perfectly! Thank you both for your help and patience. You guys are awesome!!! I am just so excited!
