USPS module issue

I am running version 1.5 and I am working on setting up the admin panel configurations.
I installed the new USPS module and I continue getting the following error message when I try to test checkout on the site:

"We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance."

I have looked for answers in the forum but have not been able to find any that would solve my problem.
I would appreciate some help from anyone that knows what I need to do to fix my issue.

Check and see if you have set a Zone on your shipping module ...

If so, check the Zone Definition that you have set and check the DETAILS and see if the settings are correct for:
Countries/Zones

I have tried with the zone selected and that disabled the module, (the radio button on the admin>modules>shipping modules went to yellow from green when I selected the shipping zone).
I have not used USPS on the site, I just started setting up the site recently.
I have used the same USPS Web Tools User ID, on the module settings, that I use on two other non-zen-cart sites.
Is it possible that USPS does not have the account to the Production Server for this site I am setting up with zen-cart even though the same user ID is used on the other non-zen-cart sites?

Could you go to the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and do a search in the bottom input box for:
usps.php

and see what the version id are for the shipping module and its language file ...

Have you called USPS to have them turn on production for you?

What do you see in the Right hand panel if you click on USPS in the Modules ... Shipping ...

What is the weight that you are testing and what is the Ship To ...

http://www.aeroelectricparts.com/ is my shop's URL.
I am using one of the 3 available test products on the site to test-purchase. The weight is 1 lbs per item.
When I click on "estimate shipping" I do not get any shipping quotes and when I try to checkout I get the message:

"We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)"

instead of the shipping quotes.

-----An update on the USPS user id also... I called USPS and had a new id issued for this site and it is in production mode currently.

Could you turn on the Debug to logs and see what comes up in the /cache directory when you try to do a checkout ...

I am sorry but I don't exactly know how to check the /cache directory.
I changed to the logs in the debug and tried to do a checkout but I don't know the steps to check the cache.
Please advise on how to do it.

Log in using FTP. The directory will be in the root of the store.

Can you turn off any SEO/re-writes that you are running ...

Ceon URI mapping has been turned off.
I tried to checkout after that and it still shows the same error message.
I checked the cache logs and the same thing shows there too as before.

This does not make a lot of sense ...

Is USPS the only shipping method that is installed and are all other shipping methods have a red icon ...

USPS is the only shipping option I run and is the only green radio button on the modules>shipping modules page.
