USPS module issue

I'm having a problem with installing the USPS module.

I'm getting the warning
Missing Keys you should reinstall!
in the admin usps shipping area.

This is the first mod I am installing on my 1.5.0. I have no other mods currently added.

I recently (yesterday) updated to 1.5.0, using my previous database but other than that I have customized everything from the new 1.5.0 code. So I don't have anything old running. I created a different account with USPS for the api and plugged in that info, but it still says there are keys missing. To be honest I don't know what the missing keys are or how to fix it, I tried reinstalling it (just copying the files and pasting them again in case something weird went wrong) a few times and same result. The last time I was running USPS was in the code of the 1.3.9, I did not already install this mod before. I didn't get an install.txt in the download (which it says to follow on the mod download page), just a readme and license.

I seem to have solved that problem, I just clicked remove in admin and then install.

No one is using google checkout with USPS?

I am also getting the

problem... what should I put in the php.ini to fix this?
