Abbington Mega Template [Support Thread]

OMG i've fixed it :D It was as simple as not having an html link on the banner. Put a link on each slide and it worked :D

I see the sliders so this tells me it's on your end I'd suggest downloading CCleaner and running it in its default mode and then see if you can see it.

Tried firebug but regretfully must ask a question, I apologize for asking something so trivial!
On the attributes how do I flip flop the comments and place under the drop down menu?
Default is:

Please Choose:

Please Call to inquire about other sizes (comment for drop down)

Available Sizes: Drop Down Menu here

I need the comments to be under the Drop down instead of above it, make sense?

If you use the admin--tools--developers toolkit to search, it will tell you what file you need to make adjustments to.

Add this to #slider in your stylesheet.css:

height: 210px !important;

Anne I tried this but the tpl file it took me too didn't work. But many thanks for reminding me to keep trying :)

I would check the module file in includes/modules. You will be creating an override if it does not already exist.

Need Help

I am trying to change the color of the font for "price" in the product description but I can't seem to find it.. I went to includes/templates/abbington_mega/css I was able to change the color description title but I can't seem to find the price.

You need to add the #productPrices to your stylesheet.css file

I have used an existing sidebox 'banner' to add a sidebox to the site and cannot find anywhere to change the title of the sidebox - existing title is 'Sponsors' which is not appropriate for my use - the banner was a ZenCart standard advert - I used Banner Manager to change the image but it does not allow me to change the 'header title' of the banner (sidebox)- I have tried numerous folders/files including .css within includes/templates (common, custom, and Abbington Mega) and cannot find any reference - any ideas?

2. I would prefer the ability to make my own sidebox(es) - can this be done, is there a suitable plugin that works with your template?

p.s. posted the banner header name change question in General Questions and got a simple reply "use search for 'sponsors' in Developer Toolkit" but it resulted in 'not found'

Anne, sorry but edit time ran out - did find this reference in 'page source' but not sure where to find that in the .css files ?

Found the file and modified it. I originally used 'look-up Template things' as I thought this would be the suitable area but alas .......

Hello Anne,

Here is another one please - do the crawlers read the HEADER_SALES_TEXT in includes/languages/english/abbington_mega/header.php as text or treat it as part of an image given that it is in the logo wrapper? Reason for asking is for SEO reasons - if indeed read as text is the text allocated a H1,2,3 or 4 .html tag, (e.g. <h1> or <h2> etc.)

this is what I see in page source however I do not have enough coding knowledge to ascertain the above.
