Hello,

I would like the contents of the "New" tab to be viewable without clicking on it when you first land on the home page instead of the "featured". Also, How do I remove the payment at the bottom of the page?

I also tried to remove on the top, the Customer Server, shop by brand and Connect to us but no luck.

Please follow the instructions in the readme file for customizing the header and footer.

It sounds like you have an incomplete template upload. Make sure all of the files from the template pacakge have been uploaded to your server. When all files are uploaded properly, the functionality works out of the box.

Try the includes/templates/newport_eco/templates/tpl_index_default.php file to change the tab names.

I looked in the readme to hide the drop down menu but it doesnt worked. It doesnt hide shop by brand, contact us or customer service and I used the following.

Where did you place the display:none code? In the stylesheet?

Thanks for posting. I do have these on a list to fix in a future update. The only instance where they will cause trouble I believe is if short tags have not been enabled.

I took out the text but if you highlight over the area, the link still shows.

I looked in the index source and found that its "submenu manufacturers-li" and "customer_service right". It still wont disable.

You can add this to the bottom of your stylesheet_mega_menu.css:

Adding the code to the demo site does hide the links so I am not sure why it did not work on your site. You probably made some modification to the template code.

I changed the slider dimensions according to the instructions given in the read me file.
I think you may have left out that at about line #49 to change the padding-top amount to push the text down off the slide show when using larger images.

#contentMainWrapper{padding-bottom:20px;background: #fffffd;padding-top:100px;}

Where do I change this size of the images for categories, and for products?

Even though I do try to make the readme as complete as possible, it is certainly not all inclusive to cover all customization scenarios ;-)

You can set image sizes used by zen cart in admin--configuration--images.

made the home page look ok, other pages now have a gap between the main menu and content. Any ideas how to properly fix this?

I've just installed this template onto Zen Cart 1.3.9. When I try to patch the database, I get the following error.

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'TYPE=MyISAM' at line 7
in:

Hi,

First off, great template as always.

Secondly, I was wondering what the simplest way would be to increase the maximum Logo size. Without getting to deep into the code, it looks like the maximum Logo width should actually be about 730 px w/o interfering with the Search div.
