Super Orders v4.0 Support Thread for ZC v1.5.x

I would say it's less of being "caused" by Super Orders as much as it is an issue of Super Orders just not supporting what you need.

#1 i concur with the diva...
#2 it seems that JSWeb does a lot of business with zen-cart. they should be able to give you a quote to get done what you need; and if not, i would suggest finding a new developer with whom to work. there seems to be plenty of talented people on this forum who could get the job done.

Hello, Am in process of upgrading from ZC 1.5.3 to 1.5.5 and am running into places where ZC code is very dissimilar as far as Super Orders install process goes. Is there a plan for install directions or new code for Super Orders to go with ZC 1.5.5?

There are plans to update Super Orders. Remember though, it is maintained by volunteers free of charge done in their spare time so it will take some time before it's completed, tested and ready for live sites.

v1.5.5 is pretty different.. got more than a few changes that need to be merged to work with SO..

Zen Cart 1.5.4, Super Orders 4.0.9...

When I go to batch print orders, do my search for a certain status and have my list, if I click on 'Check all' the page refreshes right back to the search again :(

This broke when I upgraded to 1.5.4 from 1.5.0, but I reinstalled 4.0.9 and the problem persists.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

I am having a small problem with the printing of shipping labels. Is there any way of printing more than 4 per page? I am running v1.5.5 of zencart and super_orders_4-0-9. This problem existed on 1.5.4 and 1.5.0 too

I'm going to take a chance and install this on my test site. My only concern is knowing for sure that it will be installed on the test site and not on the live site. The admin folder name is the same on both. If I log into the test admin first, can I be certain that this won't be installed on the live site? The two sites have separate databases.

Hi Helene,

When uploading your files upload them to THE FOLDER of your test site, you probably have the test file on a different folder.

Yes, that's what I would have done. Just wanted to be sure there weren't going to be any surprises.

I very seldom have a refund but today I just did a refund using superorder. I made notes in the "Note to display to customer:" section and the click and submitted. Everything looks good but it looks to not have emailed to customer. a greyed out padlock is displayed.

Is there a switch for this?

I'm curious if anyone has verified that this works with vs 1.5.5b?
