i have tons of debug logs

Okay, this goes way beyond the "bug report" discussed in this thread.

Your problem is probably related to you having TWO sets of data in your database, and your admin configure.php is pointing to a different set of data than your non-admin configure.php is. And that's probably a large contributor to your many other problems you've been reporting.

well i got almost all of them gone. i just have this attribute controller & the duplate entry in the db cache. Which by the way that none didn't work. Does it matter that i still had my old website kinda running in another root directory? would that be causeing the duplicate entry in the db-cache cause they are both calling to the same database.

I think it goes without saying that you should never have two separate carts modifying one database. Nothing in any of the FAQs, Tutorials, or included documentation would recommend anything other than separate databases.

If you're still having the problem, then I suspect you've edited the wrong files.

Re: i have tons of debug logs

Okay, here's how the code works:

  1. It checks to see if there's a missing entry for 0-1-TEXT
  2. If there is no such entry, it attempts to insert it.

Yours is failing because it didn't find the entry and tried to insert it, but found that the entry is actually already there.

How is that possible?

Perhaps you have other addons in your site that tamper with normal SQL operation, such as old caching tools like old QueryCache or something like that.

I was hoping you might at least know what plugins you've installed on your own site.

It's possible when you have another language installed and that language pack translated the "TEXT" into something else.

I have the same issue because "TEXT" is translated into "文字" in the database so the query will not be able to find the value and try to insert 0-1-TEXT

Chinese language pack

Re: i have tons of debug logs

I was hoping not to take this route, but we need to see what is in your table:
zen_products_options_values

Go to phpMyAdmin, and look at your database table names ...

1 do they all start with zen_

2 find the table:
zen_products_options_values

and browse it ...

Do you see a row with the values:
products_options_values_id 0
language_id 1
products_options_values_name TEXT

Re: i have tons of debug logs

Without posting your sercret_admin_dir, or the database username and password, from the server, can you post the two files:
/includes/configure.php
/your_sercret_admin/includes/configure.php
