USPS International Shipping not working

data specifically? Guess that could be a lot of different things, huh?

K, no answer from sysadmin. Will set up on my server for testing.

You are right - not server. Same thing happening = i'm even working on the default template. Same error.

I copied postal code directly to make I have it right.

So I need to compare config settings with the cart that works and the one. That would be the only differences to take note of, correct?

I would treat the configuration, countries, zones, zones_to_geo_zones, and geo_zones tables' data as suspects.
