The error in your last myDebug log shows simplexml errors on line 1155 ... but in FIX2 line1155 has nothing to do with that. This suggests to me that you didn't upload the usps.php file from FIX2.

You were right, I loaded up the wrong file.
Got the correct one this time and it looks like it's working.

BIG thank yous to Ajeh (who was here the whole day helping out) and DrByte for fixing this issue! I know I couldn't have done it without the two of you. Hopefully I gave you some good data and this thread will help out others with the same problem. It's rare that i'm the first to have a problem, usually I come in after an issue has been resolved and never actually have to ask any questions.
